The new issue is in the mail. The June 2008 Canadian Biker proves that, as always, we are the most diverse motorcycle magazine in Canada. On the cover is the 2008 Buell Ullysses XB12XT. Equipped with hard bags, a taller windscreen and those massive handguards this beast from the other side of the motor company is ready to take on a world tour.

Speaking of world tours, we head to Vietnam for a chaotic yet somehow workable ride through rush hour traffic aboard one of the 125cc machines that rule the road in Hanoi.

We have a couple of dark and mysterious cruisers featured in the issue. The Kingpin 8-Ball in Victory's foray into the unadourned cruiser market. It may be less expensive, lack any chrome bits and have a funny little 8-Ball sticker on the front fender but it has what counts - a monster motor and good looks. Come on, that's what we all really want isn't it? The same can be said the other cruiser in the issue - the 2008 Harley-Davidson Nightster.

For those of you who like your bikes a little more overstated, the Triumph Speed Triple is back with a bigger motor but the same in your face attitude. It may be the grandfather of the modern hooligan bikes but it isn't ready to give up the crown yet.

We round off the issue with a couple of touring stories - Sicily and Kansas City ... go figure.
